Many labour's didn't aware about government schemes and Labour Identity Card, for that reason I worked for labours, doing free labour Cards & creating awareness about government schemes in Karnataka. Attended Youth Rights 4 days residential Workshop in Mangalore 2022, Organised by Samvada Baduku Organization. Learnings about youth rights, demanded for forcing youth rights & formalisation of youth commission in Karnataka. Analysed many issues in society, & done some leadership actions on spot with team of Chitradurga,Kalburgi, Kolar Bangalore & Mangalore youth's. Attended many sessions from resource persons, with different activities and documentary screening, overall actions oriented workshop includes some activities & exposure.

We demanded for hygienic menstrual pads and menstrual cups for students. Submitted re draft letter to health commissioner, after visited 3 times, Finally scheme implimented.

Successfully completed 6 months SNLA program @ Reap Benefit Organisation In Bangalore Karnataka in 2023, Worked on Construction & workers economical development through easy access of welfare fund in Karnataka. Met 60+ Labour's Across Karnataka, many migrent labour's from north Karnataka like Haveri, Koppala, Raichur, Yadagiri &Gulbarga. Applied 10 Labour Cards successfully with free of cost for labours & got 20 more application for doing labour Card. Because many labour's didn't aware about government schemes and Labour Identity Card, for that reason middle mans charging up to 1000 rupees per labour card it may not be affordable by labour's so I am doing free of cost with minimum own expenditure & creating awareness about government schemes for labour's.

Done youth rights stale level & local level campaign, advocacy action on several types of civic and environmental problems in society. For example washroom, toilet, Library and Drinking water speciality in government colleges. Clean & hygienic of public toilet Challenges of Cemetery workers Public transport issue Awareness on periods problems Challenges of Pourakarmikas & Street Vendors We done public campings on those issues and requested to perticular department for solution. Finally we created solutions for some problems.

I booked slot before 3 days and spent full time for arrangements with labours. I collected gate pass for Vidhan Soudha entry for all labour's & met RDPR(Rural Development & Panchayat Raj) Minister of Karnataka Priyanka kharge @Vidhan Soudha July 2023 with Labours from Haveri. For requested to increase the days of employment from 100 days to 200 days under MGNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) and also demanded increasing of daily wages rupees 319 to 500 rupees per day for labours.

Approached to University to Reduce Exams Fee
In 2022 Approached to Bangalore City University to reduce exam fees for B.com tourism students, in 2018 Changed affiliation in University that is tourism is not a vocational course. But the university carrying old affiliation of before 2018 for that reason we paid 4250 rupees per semister but normal B.com students paid only 980 rupees, compared to them we paid more than 3000 rupees extra unnecessary because University mistake. We collected more than 100 letters from every tourism individuals and also mailed to University mail ID & submitted hard copy also, it will takes continue process of one and half month with University. Finally exam fees reduced to 980 rupees from 4250 rupees forever, it helped tourism and also Aviation students nearly more than 1000 students that particular year & many more students of upcoming years.
